Don’t miss the party in 2018! Mark your calendars for February 10. Come support our parish and school while enjoying mouth-watering cuisine, dazzling wines, signature drinks, musical entertainment by the Arcades and silent, hurricane, and live auctions. Nationally known auctioneer Karen Sorbo will return to St. Stephen to bring bidding excitement to the Hurricane and Live Auctions. NEW THIS YEAR…ONLINE BIDDING FOR THE SILENT AUCTION!!!
PREVIEW AND PREBID on the web using BidPal . Relax and start bidding—set your maximum bids. Max bids allow you to set the highest amount you would bid for an item. Then sit back and let the program take care of the bidding for you up to your chosen max amount. If bidding on your item ends for less than your maximum amount, that’s all you pay!
Come to the Gala and see all the Auction items in person. You can preview the Hurricane and Live Auctions and choose your favorites. You must be at the Gala to bid on those! Bring your smart phone or iPad fully charged. Concierge to help those who need assistance. Bidding kiosks available for those without devices. Stay tuned for more details!

THIS YEAR’S “NEED ITEM” IS A NEW GYMNASIUM FLOOR! NEED ITEMS are not funded within the budget, but are enhancements that help us prosper, invite and energize our space and programs. Mardi Gras donations for “Need Items” have helped us to grow within the parish and school. Funding these needs is a special gift to the parish and school beyond the dollars that are brought in through the Mardi Gras event!
Our school uses the space daily for gym classes, after school sports, assemblies, parent meetings, and many other events. Our parish uses the space for Faith Formation, Vacation Bible School, Youth Ministry, Hispanic Folkloric Dancing rehearsal, Fall Fest children’s area, Spring Fiesta children’s area, and more!
Today the game court colored lines have been replaced with colored tape. There are divots in the tiles leaving an uneven and unsafe surface and a ripple in the middle of the floor. The gym floor has served us well for over 50 years, but now is the time to replace it! Our goal is to raise $53,000! Learn more about this year’s “Need Item” – a new gym floor!
