Confirmation Program

GOAL: To cultivate a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, and to put your Faith into action - being Christ to others.

Meet on Wednesday evenings from 6:00-7:30 pm in the FCC at St. Stephen’s. No distance learning available.

CLASS: Lesson with small group discussions, lead by volunteers.
6th Grade-Alpha Curriculum |  7th-12 Grade-Chosen Curriculum
TOPIC NIGHT: Presentation on varying Faith topic for both parents and all students.

YOUTH GROUP: Need to pariticipate in 3 sessions

SERVICE: Volunteering required for Church, Community and Home

6th grade Confirmation Prep Year 

7th grade Confirmation Year 1

8th grade Confirmation Year 2 (Generally, Final Year of Confirmation for many who have completed prior class).

9th through 12th graders "Confirmation Plus" (To be Confirmed, need to complete 2 full years of classes)

Retreats

1-Day Retreat: Saturday, January 4* at St. Stephen’s for grades 6 & 7, AND all those in first year of Confirmation (grades 8-11).
Starts with 8:30am Mass (parents join kids), Talks, Journaling, Games, Small Group Discussions, Adoration, Confession. Snacks & journal provided. NO COST
 

Weekend Retreat:  November 8-10*  (Friday - Sunday)
Mandatory for final year Students and on track to be Confirmed this Spring.
Dunrovin Christian Brothers Retreat Center 15525 St Croix Trail N, Marine on St Croix, MN 55047 (45 minutes away) COST: $225*.  Bus leaves Friday at 4:30pm from St. Stephen’s and return Sunday around 2pm. INCLUDES: Talks, Journaling, Games, Small Group Discussions, Adoration, Confession, and Daily Mass - all to help encounter God, Lodging and Meals included.
