Thank God for Beer-Homebrew Contest

First Annual Thank God for Beer - Homebrew Contest and Community Event

Join Beer Leader, Fr. James, and beer lovers for our first annual Thank God For Beer- Homebrew Contest and Community Event. Mark your calendars for Friday, April 22 at 6:30 PM in the FCC.

Come for a night of snacks, sampling, beer judging, and fun! All are welcome! This is a family-friendly event, although you must be 21 years of age or older to consume alcohol. Beer enthusiasts will be encouraged to help Fr. James select the top-rated homemade beer submission. The winning brewer will receive a prize from St. Stephen's own Beer Leader, Fr. James. Store-bought beers are not eligible for the homebrew contest.

The festive evening of April 22 will include snacks, beer sampling, judging of the homebrews, and social time with Fr. James and the St. Stephen’s Catholic Community. Friends, family, neighbors, and all parishioners are invited to this fantastically unique event hosted by the one and only, Fr. James Bernard. Questions? Email us.

Sneak Peek! Fr. James is brewing some delicious beer specifically for this event. You DON'T want to miss it!

JUST IN! We will have event only swag for sale during the community gathering. T-shirts, can koozies, bottle openers, beer glasses, and (beer) flights made from our very own pews. How cool is that!?
